The organizer is pleased to announce the launch of the \u201cCommunication Collaboration \u2013 Win a Standard Booth<\/strong>\u201d program in conjunction with FBC ASEAN 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program aims to encourage participating companies to contribute to a spectacular exhibition and foster high-quality business matching opportunities by spreading the FBC ASEAN 2026’s information to potential customers and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How to Participate:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Promote and Invite Visitors: Each participating company will receive a unique registration link provided by the Organizer, to be used for inviting visitors to register for the exhibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Scoring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– For each visitor who pre-registers via the unique link: +10 points per person.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– For each pre-registered visitor who attends the exhibition: +50 points per person.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Each visiting business suitable for the exhibit fields is physically present at the exhibition invited by the exhibitor: + 200 points\/visiting business. (Each exhibitors invites at least 35 visiting businesses to be physically present at the exhibition)<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Scoring Period: From the time the Organizer sends the registration link to 3:00 PM on September 18, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Result Announcement: Results will be announced at 4:30 PM on September 18, 2026<\/strong>, at the Seminar Event Area within the Exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Scoring conditions:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The Organizer will only award points based on the visitor registration list generated from the unique link provided to each company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Visitors\/visiting businesses do not have booths at the exhibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Please kindly invite visitors who are involved in the exhibition’s displayed sectors and business matching needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Prizes:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 First Prize: 01 standard 6m\u00b2 booth at FBC ASEAN 2027.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Second Prize: 01 voucher for a 50% discount on the price of a standard 6m\u00b2 booth at FBC ASEAN 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Third Prize: 01 voucher for a 30% discount on the price of a standard 6m\u00b2 booth at FBC ASEAN 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(*) For the first booth. In cases where no exhibitor meets the above conditions, the Organizer will determine the award content based on the actual results of the participating companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Visitor Registration Link:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Organizer will send a unique registration link to each participating company as soon as possible. Please ensure that you use the correct link provided to ensure accurate scoring and prize eligibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
